Are you looking for a family friendly holiday? Well, Phillip Island is definitely the place for it. With many attractions to visit Penguins, pelicans, seal rock. Gran Prix track, beach you will leave the island feeling relaxed and refreshed. Our house is within less than 5 minute walking distance to the beach, less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street of cowes with all shops and coffee places right at your doorstep. This holiday house is one of a kinda lovely open living kitchen and lounge room. - Containing 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom - Includes a comfy queen size bed, walk in robe with lots of hanging space. Tv with built in DVD player. Personal en-suit with large shower and toilet. 2nd bedroom includes a double bed with single bunk above and another single bed (Sleeps 4). 3rd bedroom includes a double bed with single bunk above and another single bed (sleeps 4). 2nd Bathroom has a shower and bathtub for small children. Also a separate toilet for your convenience. Kitchen - Fully renovated (Dec 2017) self contained kitchen with Oven, Cook top, Microwave, Large fridge with freezer and a wonderful dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery, pots and pans available for use for guests. Th open living lounge room consist of 2 x 3 seater couches. A spacious area with a large 55" TV and DVD player and 5.1 sound system. We also offer a selection of DVD's for you to watch here on your stay. The lounge room also has a small desk area, a basket of toys, puzzles and books for children. Laundry - Top loader washing machine for your convenience of longer stays in our holiday house. With an outdoor washing line & pegs. Also for the convenience of your stay if needed is a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop and bucket. Backyard -A roomy fenced backyard for the safety of young children contains a large outdoor timber table made by the owner seats up to 8 people. Also for the private use of our guests in our own outdoor BBQ with gas bottles. Also with this unit you are entitled to the use of the double undercover carport. For all to use is the solar heated pool which is fenced for the safety of children. Also for the entertainment of your children in the park is a shared playground and sandpit. We leave a range of small but useful items for our guest like - beach tents and sun baking chairs, sandpit toys, porta cot and high chair and plastic plates and cups for those whom have young children. We like to try and make our guests stay as homely as possibly. **Please note there is no pets allowed in this unit** ** We Do NOT accept schoolies bookings**
