Relax and wake to a sunrise on your own beach. * Bedrooms are all on 2nd level - BR1 & 2 each have a Queen, BR3 has 1 Single and 1 Full * Sleeper sofa in open area Living Room * First Floor Family Room has AC unit and all BR's have a window AC unit * There is one Bathroom which is on the first floor, with a separate shower / changing area * Large deck furnished with dining table and chairs, recliners, hammock and gas grill * 150' of shoreline for beach fun The cottage is in a quiet family oriented area. No large groups or parties allowed. Cleaning fee is non-refundable as it is used to pay a professional cleaning service to prepare for each guest stay. Closed for winter from mid-Nov to mid-April.
