The terrace can be reached in a few seconds via the stairwell and can be used by all guests. The space Apartment 2 = 35m2 2 bedrooms is located on the 1st floor Our charming Istrian stone house (350 years old) is located in one of the most beautiful places in the historic old town - ROVINJ, right by the sea! Guest access Our guests can enter the house with a code. The terrace can be reached in a few seconds via the stairwell and can be used by all guests. Our outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and loungers) can of course also be used. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFOS: *tourist tax need to be paid separately.
