It's the ideal home base to get everywhere: 10 min to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons, minutes away from several restaurants & downtown SLC, plus Park city is just a 35 min scenic drive up Parley's canyon. With sleeping for 4-6, one modest-sized 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, it's a perfect place for a Salt Lake City getaway. The space This is a spacious, 1100 sq. foot, basement apartment with the natural lighting of a main floor. It has its own separate entrance and a private backyard that you are welcome to use. There is a kitchen for all of your vacation cooking/dining needs. Relax and watch all of your favorite shows on a 65" 4K Smart television. This apartment is well equipped for a great nights sleep with your choice of down or memory foam pillows. The king-size bed is brand new. There is also a full-size bed in the second bedroom with a memory foam topper. The couch pulls out into a bed that is perfect for kids, teenagers, or an adult - if you are brave ;) The fireplace is decorative only and does not work.
