Starting June 1st, 2022, Sandpiper will reopen after completing an extensive 6-month remodel and upgrades, where the whole building has undergone extensive improvements, including fresh new paint colors. At this time, we are opening the calendar for reservations, as we have been told that everything is on track to be completed by that date. We may experience some shortage in parking, but there should be enough for one car per unit. There is also additional free public parking in area, if you have additional vehicles. Sandpiper has for many years been one of the most popular buildings along the ocean for travelers from near and far. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back for the perfect oceanfront vacation with breathtaking ocean views, and beach access right outside our front door. Two bedrooms with brand new high quality pillowtop mattresses, queen bed in the master, and two twin XL beds in the second bedroom. Cable TV with over 100 channels and HBO, High Speed (75 Mbit) Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Since the pictures was taken the unit has been updated with new 60"" HD Smart TV in the living room and 50"" UHD 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom. In addition, the sofa is updated to a designer, king sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress that comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The complex has a private pool area with a nice swimming pool and sunbeds. Walkway to the beach (less than 50 feet away), private parking and 10 visitors parking spaces and elevator. The unit will be fully stocked with towels, linen, beach towels and beach chairs, extra equipment available upon request. Small dogs accepted, but must be pre-approved prior to booking, a $200 non-refundable pet fee applies.
