With garden views nearly throughout the property & on-site parking, this bright & sleepy cottage located in a quiet neighbourhood has ample beds for a comfortable 10 - 12 adults or a max of up to 15. The space Built in 1965, Capel Cottage for Families & Groups comes with a few modern features; An open plan living area with AC, offering both heating & cooling, a faux fireplace heater to cozy up in during winter & a fully equipped kitchen, allowing for your preparation of meals to be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, on a spacious backyard patio, with a BBQ available for use in the veranda. Being able to sleep a tight max of 15 adults or a comfortable 10 - 12 adults throughout the property, our home is mainly suited for the travellers seeking a place to rest after a day of exploring the Peninsula. The first room consists of 2 bunk beds that can sleep 5, with a ceiling fan & built-in-robe. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, USB wall charging outlets, ceiling fan & powder room, with 2x foldable/travel baby cots stored in the built-in robe. The 3rd room consists of a bunk bed where the room can sleep 3, with a tabletop fan. Part of the living area can be turned into a makeshift room by utilising the retractable door, which serves as a fourth room that sleeps 2 to 3 on the sofa beds. An additional sofa in the open-plan living area serves as a pull-out bed, where you could sleep an additional 1 - 2. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge + freezer, glass top gas stove, oven, Nespresso machine, coffee pods, tea, kettle, toaster, basic cooking equipment, utensils & crockery. *Due to different dietary requirements, milk & bread is BYO. The property is prepared with linen, pillows & blankets to accommodate the number of guests the property can sleep. Toilets & bathrooms contain basic amenities: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper & various other toiletries for your use. Most of the outlets are covered with child safety outlet plugs. Parking is available for a collective of up to 7 cars & parking areas, entrances & the back of BBQ wall area are secured with CCTV. There are no cctv inside the house, you have 100% privacy during your stay. Other things to note * A photo ID of all guests staying must be sent through upon booking confirmation within 24 hours of booking or booking can be cancelled. * Noise policies are compulsory local laws that must be followed. The area is very quiet & noise travels easily, especially at night. Please respect the neighbours & the noise laws. Our friendly neighbours will let us know if there are disturbances from the property at any time. * Strictly NO parties allowed. * Strictly NO schoolies bookings. * All guests in the booking must go through the property compendium upon booking confirmation & follow them at all times during their stay. * While we do our best to deter them, being a garden friendly home, please expect insects around the property. * Please be realistic with expectations, we’re not a hotel, resort or a luxury accommodation, the 1965 built cottage is just our humble home.
