The space This lovely apartment was renovated in 2019, and we have created a special atmosphere for our guests. Every detail has been designed to give them the impression of staying in a cozy home... but fully equipped, to give our guests the greatest possible comfort. The colors have been chosen to make them feel pampered and important, as they really are for us. Whether they are young couples, families, groups of friends or business travelers, everything has been designed so that they can spend an unforgettable stay inside and outside our apartment. Guest access Our guests can use the entire apartment. It's all at their disposal. Other things to note 🔴FIRST we do the check- in person, but if you arrive after 8:00 p.m. there is a surcharge to be paid: - €30 until 10 p.m., from 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. the cost is €40. -From 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. the fee is €50 - after this time it is €60 🔴 SECOND in every 28-day booking, you must add to the total an extra of €55, to be paid at the property upon check-in, together with the fees for cleaning fee of €60, both to be understood per stay, i.e. to be paid only once upon arrival regardless of the total number of guests.
