Sorry no guest pets The space The Nest in the Forest is a bed-and-breakfast that combines the traditional B&B model with extra privacy and living space. Our home is located on a 3.5 acre lot surrounded by nature. The bungalow house is built into a slope. Our 'Guest Suite' is the entire lower level (1400 Sq feet) which walks out onto an outdoor living space, with a private hot-tub (NEW: patio and gazebo). Indoors find wooden features and various lounging areas; dining, couches, cozy chairs, open space for movement. Reviews say: very clean, larger than expected, the beds are comfortable, the space is thoughtfully maintained for guest enjoyment. The sauna and hot tub are only for guests to use, and we accept one booking at a time (so you have private use of the space!). We provide free unlimited Wifi (NEW: Starlink for best rural service), Sony stereo and speakers, Bluetooth and AUX cable you can plug music into. Recently added 55' screen with HDMI port, DVD player and Prime account for movies. For evening meals (breakfast is provided) there are many wonderful restaurants in the area, or you can prepare food onsite. Our kitchenette includes; water dispenser, bar fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cutting boards, knives, and plenty of dishes in the dinning area, plus outdoor BBQ. (No kitchen sink, oven or stove - we do your dishes!) Our B&B facilitates spending quality time together in a relaxed environment. We provide information about local tourist destinations and are happy to recommend restaurants, shops, beaches, hiking trails, local attractions etc. City dwellers and county folks alike enjoy our relaxing and restorative green getaway. Guest access Plenty of parking (RV, boat trailer, multiple cars). Private entry, you get your own key to lock up the suite when you leave. Our shower is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and hot-tub has some stairs. Other things to note Lakefield is less than 10 minutes away and has a 24hour Foodland. Children live on site. We provide breakfast and can cater to any dietary preferences. Bring your own robes and slippers for an extra cozy spa experience.
