***We follow CDC Covid-19 safety guidelines*** This condo is situated in a Deer Park resort located in front of a private lake and has spectacular views of the lake and Loon mountain ski slopes. There are only 2 steps required to enter the condo--almost free steps! You can do lots of activities within the resort, biking riding, walking, swimming, fishing and lots of more and nearby towns are within the walking distance. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a private balcony and 2nd bedroom has a full-over-twin and three twin-over-twin bunk beds. There is a 2nd balcony that can be accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms are separated by a living room with a full kitchen. Fireplace is electric and laundry (both washer and dryer) are located in the basement floor in the building and coin operated (one load of washing or drying requires 4 quarters). As a guest, you can access Club House amenities such as heated pool, hot tub, racket ball courts, game rooms, exercise rooms, etc... Please be aware that the amenities are subject to limited capacity due to Covid-19 precautions. So please reserve slots for any amenities you would like to utilize during the check-in process. The resort also has a nature's trail and walk paths and safe for kids to walk and ride bicycles. Please go to the Club House next to the pond when you arrive. Go to the front-desk for check-in process. The front-desk host will give you all the information necessary once you are checked-in. Welcome to our serene getaway at Deer Park Resort! Parking is free and you can park just next to the condo, either left of right side of the condo. You can unload first in front of the main door and park your car after unloading for your convenience. Both Lincoln and N. Woodstock are within walking distance from the condo. The dumpster is located next to the main entrance and there is a coin laundry in the basement. This location is known for many world class hiking trails nearby. Also, tax-free outlet malls are located less than hour in North Conway. Many family fun activities are nearby such as Story Land, Water Park and Clark's Trading Post.
