The well presented unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom comes with a queen bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The unit is comfortable and homely with updated features and furnishings including new flooring, modern, spacious kitchen with dishwasher and crisp white plantation shutters throughout. There is a huge comfy lounge to sit back and relax in front of the smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. There is also an oversized terrace complete with gas BBQ and comfortable furnishings to soak up the sun and enjoy meals outdoors. A washing machine and dryer is provided for your convenience and there is also a single lock up garage. This unit is perfect for retirees looking to escape the cold southern winters and guests looking for longer term holiday accommodation. * Note - there are approx. 7 steps from the street level to the unit front door * * Please note that there are some balcony repair works taking place within the building until early May 2026, which may result in some noise and other disruption at times. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
