The space Large open space of about 100 square meters is located on the fourth and the last floor of a characteristic period building with no lift (the building stops on the 4th floor, then there is a wooden stair leading to the apartment) LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, a stove (which however cannot be used) and the dining area NIGHT AREA 1: with a comfortable quuen bed NIGHT AREA 2: with two single puffs that can be joined for another queen bed KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, hob, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils. BATHROOM: with shower and bidet. SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning ( 2 split - one in the living zone and another one in a bedroom zone), independent heating, fan, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, a cot for babies. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
