Our fantastic new chalet was completed at the end of 2018 and offers the highest quality equipment with lots of wood in the Tyrolean Alpine style over 3 floors. A large window front with its own sun terrace offers a great view of the mountain and invites you to the BBQ with family and friends, especially in summer. On foot there are 5 minutes to the center as well as nearest bakers and the valley station Fieberbrunn is about 700m above the chalet and is within 5 minutes driving distance. The space The chalet has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The large living kitchen area upstairs with open fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere to get together, cooking and eating together. The kitchen offers a high-quality Ceran hob, extractor and, of course, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, espresso and coffee machine as well as a Weber BBQ on the balcony so that no wishes should remain. In addition, a two-zone wine refrigerator is integrated into the kitchen so that wine connoisseurs can enjoy themselves. The house is ideal to take advantage of all the sports activities of the region as well as the public swimming pool with large sauna area nearby, but also invites you to simply relax the feet up and enjoy the view and fireplace. The chalet has its own house entrance, access to 2 covered parking spaces as well as a heated room for skis, bikes etc. Wifi and LAN connection in each level, as well as TVs with cable TV, Netflix and Youtube function are available in each room In the basement is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as an additional games room with Wifi & Lan connection and a large TV. For toddlers, we have a fold-out baby bed that is always available and fits into every room.
