This PRIVATE room (Queen size bed & memory foam mattress) on the 4th floor of our newly renovated home in Spruce Hill / Cedar Park neighborhood. This room offers an ideal retreat for future UPenn students /families and visitors as well as professional / medical guests visiting Penn medical campus, Presbyterian, CHOP, HUP. This room can accommodate 2 persons. The common areas (living-room/ kitchen, shared bathroom) will be shared with other guests. Please note there is NO LAUNDRY. There are 7 bedrooms in this house. We live in the house right behind this house and can give you immediate assistance should you need us. My husband works at Penn hospital and CHOP which is 25 min walk from here. The inspirations of this house come from the energetic and youthful vibe of Spruce Hill / Cedar park neighborhood. The majority of the residents in our neighborhood are college students/ faculty and staff working at UPenn and University of Sciences. Whether you are future UPenn students , families or visitors , we would welcome you and would love to give your recommendations of places to see and dine around the neighborhood . Instruction on how to gain access to the house and the bedroom will be visible on the Airbnb app on the day of your check-in. Guest can have as much or as little interactions with us as they prefer. We live in this house as well so if there is any thing that we can provide to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know Very active, youthful and SAFE neighborhood in Spuce hill / Cedar park - home of University of Pennsylvania's students. There is a 24/7 security camera actively monitor by UPenn across the street. UCD police also patrol surrounding area. They can provide FREE escort service if requested. Spuce hill / Cedar park is racially and ethnically diverse, and much of the historic Queen Anne-style architecture still stands. One of the best neighborhood in the city with plenty of shops, outdoor activities and cultural food (see my listing photos). Trolley #34 stop connecting Spruce Hill and Center city is located 1 min walk away from the house. It take approximately 7 min from our house to the 30th station (Mega/Bolt bus station). Trolley #34 also runs all the way to City Hall / China town / Jefferson station. 1./ STRICTLY A SMOKE FREE HOME. Please do NOT smoke within 25 feet of the main entrance (including e-cigarette, chewing tobacco , weeds, vaping ...) 2./ We don't wear shoes in the house. REMOVE YOUR SHOES at the entrance, you can leave the SHOES on the SHOES RACK. 3./ NO OUTSIDE VISITORS allowed (only the people on the reservation may enter the house) . 4./ To provide us and our guests with peace of mind, we hereby disclose the use of CAMERAS in house.
