In the south of Rhodes, at Lachania beach, just two steps in front of the seaside, a fully air-conditioned family-villa surrounded by fruit trees and vegetation on a field of 4,000 square meters. An 80 m2 two-floor house of traditional style, with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people: On the first floor, an air-conditioned room with double bed and a big balcony with panoramic view at the sea, where you can watch in front of you the sun coming right out of the sea. On the same floor, just next door, a room with two single beds and two windows to enjoy the seaside from above. On the basement another air-conditioned room with two more single beds. An air-conditioned living room with a beautiful fireplace and terrific view at the sea and the garden. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooking facilities, boiler etc), a bathroom with tub, WC and a washing-machine. Two terraces, one on the front of the house and another on the seaside. An additional outdoors shower to use after swimming at the beach. The beach is one of the cleanest and calmest beaches of the island just in front of the house, making you feel that the place is just for you. You will feel perfectly by yourself staying in our villa; yet, if you need a restaurant or to have a drink next to the sea, there is a good place just right at the next field, which is also the coolest beach bar of the island! In addition, our villa is on a “strategic” location for your holidays at the south of Rhodes, for just a few minutes drive from great places in the area: 5’ from the picturesque village of Lachania. 5’ from Kiotari for a night out beach bars. 10’ from Tholo and Vathi for excellent sea food. 15’ from Lindos town, to explore its ancient ruins and the traditional village or to enjoy its intense nightlife. 15’ from the exotic beauty of Prassonisi, the surfing centre of the island.
