An entire floor of the villa is yours alone: on a total living space of about 150 m², you have three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a veranda in front. The space A spacious hallway, a beautiful balcony and a parking space in the courtyard complete the offer of this unique vacation home. Enjoy the very special living atmosphere and feel the flair of times gone by: restored ceiling paintings, original stucco, high ceilings and high-quality oak parquet give this apartment the beautiful atmosphere. In the courtyard, a car can be parked in a permanently assigned parking space (free of charge). Bicycles brought along are placed in the storage room. A washing machine located directly in the apartment can be used for a fee. Living and cooking A spacious seating area invites you to linger in the living room. Every guest will find their favorite place here. A large flat-screen TV provides the right entertainment. You can also enjoy the large kitchen-living room with its own dining area. The cozy country house kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hobs, a large fridge as well as a dishwasher and microwave and leaves nothing to be desired. Even a coffee machine is available. From the kitchen you can access the veranda furnished with wicker chairs. Bedrooms There are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, one of them additionally with a cozy writing and sitting area. In the third bedroom there are two single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. In all rooms there is sufficient closet space for the vacation wardrobe. Bathrooms Two beautiful bathrooms with large showers offer you comfort and relaxation. In particular, the whirlpool tub with massage and air bubble jets invites large and small guests to enjoy a pleasant bath. The elaborately restored villa is located in a quiet side street near the center. Bakeries, shops, cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach with the longest pier in Europe is less than 400 meters away.
