Apartment for rent overlooking the sea and Aeolian Islands, located in the "Saracen" residence, can accommodate a maximum of 9 people; kitchen with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and another double bedroom with separable beds, bathroom with shower. A large covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs, with a comfortable outdoor living room from where you can admire the suggestive landscape. It is only 1 km from the sea (two minutes by car), the beach is free and equipped. The space As written before, the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 10 people "to sleep", but it is comfortable for 6 to 8 people since the house has only one bathroom. N.B.: Important to know for the Disabled: you have to go down about ten steps before reaching the apartment. Guest access The apartment is fully available, only the built-in closet and a laundry cabinet are closed because they are occupied by boxes of my property. Other things to note The house has a laundry room with: washing machine, shower. The kitchen has everything you need, for example: microwave, all the various sizes of pans and pots, fryer, blender, sandwich plate, toaster, blender with jug, minipimer, etc. The house is provided with towels and beach towels per person, sheets and blankets (a second set of sheets is given for those who stay more than 7 days). In the coldest periods, in addition to the heat pump, a gas stove will be made available. The house has excellent and fast unlimited WI-FI!!!
