This property has a little bit of history. It is a 1970's Commonwealth Games athlete accommodation home, transported to the beautiful Hanmer Springs when it was no longer needed. Recently renovated inside, it is now a comfortable, warm home in a perfect location for a great weekend getaway or longer if you find you cant leave! The location is perfect for either a relaxing time of Pools, great food and wine at the amazing restaurants or shopping at the fantastic and increasing selection of Hanmer shops, all within an easy walking distance from the home. Equally the adventurous types can enjoy direct access from the property to the amazing walk tracks and cycle tracks of the Dog Stream Reserve. Special conditions: Families preferred, this is not a party house and is managed by neighbouring property. Please note the expectation is that you bring your own linen and clean the property when you depart. If you would like to book in a clean this can be arranged at an additional cost of $130 please advise at time of booking and your quote can be adjusted Smoking outside only.
