You will not need it during your stay. The 80m² apartment is situated on the 2nd  floor with elevator of the Residence "Las Alondras" or "The Larks". It features a large living/dining room opening out onto a terrace, a bathroom with tub and two twin-bedded rooms, one of them being a suite with shower room. Both rooms have large closets. The fully fitted kitchen is a separate room with laundry area.  The pleasant terrace is equipped with modern furniture. There is air conditioning in the living/dining room and in one of bedrooms. The complex offers a shaded parking area, with easy access to the apartment. THE ENVIRONMENT "Las Alondras" Residence enjoys an exceptional location close to the centre of Dénia and its beautiful beaches. A few metres away are all the amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakery and bookstores.
