The villa is located in a private land of 2,500 sq.m, on the village of Perama, 4 km away from the well known beaches of Panormo village. The area is totally quiet offering mountain view from the surrounding area. Is well-suited to either a couple seeking privacy or family/friends holiday close to lively city of Rethymno on the island of Crete in Greece! The space It is furnished in a combination of romantic and traditional touches and can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary! Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with fireplace, a 65” HDTV and video games, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. Also on the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has direct access to a furnished balcony where you can find an other dinning table with views to the pool area and the sea. On the first floor you will find the main bathroom with bath and 3 bedrooms. There is one bedroom with two single beds which was mostly designed to accommodate children and an other one with double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sea views. Finally on the other side there is the main double bedroom with bathroom in the room. Outdoors there is a 2000 square meters highly fenced area covered by grasses and trees! Guest access Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas! Other things to note Outdoors there is a 2.500 square meters highly fenced area covered by grasses and trees! Our outdoor facilities include: - 50 sqm swimming pool with 8 sun-beds. - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with dining table. - A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, outdoor sofas and armchairs) for relaxing in the balconies and the gardens around the villa. - Safe areas for children to play. - A table tennis. - Gated parking space for three cars. Although there are neighbouring houses nearby, the outdoor area offers privacy because of the high trees which are around the fence.
