The space Our fenced property has plenty of room to park an RV, toy hauler, or semi-truck. One-half of the property is open desert for parking and the other half is an orchard with over 300 fruit trees. Feel free to walk through the orchard and sample some ripe berries, apples, or pomegranates. We have a bunkhouse separate from the house where our groundskeeper stays. The fully furnished kitchen has a refrigerator, ice maker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, waffle iron, and blender; everything to prepare a meal. We have plenty of towels, linens, and pillows. We also have a blow dryer/curling iron, and offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We have a washer and dryer, and provide laundry soap and dryer sheets. Each bedroom has a king size bed and a TV programmed with Roku. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. In the living room, there is an electric fireplace, a 40" big screen TV programmed with Roku, and the sofa makes into a bed. We also have refrigerated air conditioning for those hot summer days. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. We have a fully covered porch that provides lots of shade to enjoy a barbecue, eat at the outdoor table, or sit in a rocking chair and enjoy a cool drink. The property has security cameras, a keyless entry with your own personal code on the front door, and padlock on the gate with the same code. Guest access We are laid-back; you have access to everything, but the garage and bunkhouse are private, and the residence of the groundskeeper. Enjoy the whole house, porch, breezeway, and a walk in the orchard. *Please note that there is only one bathroom in our home and you must walk through the bedroom to get to it.
