A place for your unforgettable moments. The space Spread over two floors, the lodge offers plenty of space for up to ten people on 145m². Ground floor barrier-free: living room with dining area and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200), bathroom, separate toilet The center of the barrier-free ground floor is a light-flooded, open living area with kitchen and large wooden table for socializing. In the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, it can be cooked excellently even in a larger group. From the comfortable sofa, the view falls through the large patio doors into the garden. The technical equipment with internet-enabled smart TV, satellite reception and DVD player leaves nothing to be desired, so that you do not miss the favorite series even on holiday. Through the kitchen you enter the south-facing garden and the sunny west terrace. A large dining table with awning and a charcoal grill invite you to grill. The barrier-free, large bathroom impresses with its huge, floor-level shower with shower chair, a beautiful rustic wooden bench and a handmade wooden towel rail. A separate toilet is also available. The open wardrobes in the two bright bedrooms are carpentry and specially designed and manufactured for the lodge. All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric shutters. Basement: 2 bedrooms with 1x double bed (200x220) and 2 single beds, bathroom with infrared sauna, separate toilet In the large bathroom of the basement with floor-level shower there is another highlight of the Ammersee Lodge: the infrared sauna provides the perfect relaxation due to its extraordinary health-promoting effect; especially after sports or an eventful day. A separate toilet is also available. The noble concrete look of the two bright bedrooms on the south side harmonizes grandly with the warm wooden floor and wooden cabinets. One bedroom has an extra large double bed (200x220) and extra long duvets. Please bring your own towels.
