A place for your unforgettable moments. The space Spread over two floors, the lodge offers plenty of space for up to ten people across 145 m². Accessible ground floor: living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200), bathroom, separate toilet The centre of the accessible ground floor is a light-flooded, open-plan living area with a kitchen and a large wooden table for socialising. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen is also excellent for cooking in a larger group. From the cosy sofa, you can look through the large patio doors into the garden. The technical equipment, with an internet-enabled smart TV, satellite reception and DVD player, leaves nothing to be desired, so you won't miss your favourite series even when you're on holiday. The open-plan kitchen leads to the south-facing garden and the sunny west terrace. A large dining table with an awning and a charcoal barbecue invite you to have a barbecue. The large, accessible bathroom impresses with its huge, walk-in shower with a shower chair, a beautiful rustic wooden bench and a handmade wooden towel rail. There is also a separate toilet. The open wardrobes in the two bright bedrooms are made by a carpenter and were specially designed and manufactured for the lodge. All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric shutters. Basement: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (200x220) and 2 single beds, bathroom with infrared sauna, separate toilet In the large bathroom in the basement, with a walk-in shower, there is another highlight of the Ammersee Lodge: the infrared sauna provides perfect relaxation thanks to its extraordinarily health-promoting effect, especially after exercise or an eventful day. There is also a separate toilet. The elegant concrete look of the two bright bedrooms on the south side harmonises wonderfully with the warm wooden floor and wooden cabinets. One bedroom features an extra-large double bed (200x220) and extra-long duvets.
