Each level has a comfortable Terrace, 4 bed, 3 1/2 bath, surround sound music through out the house. Close to the beach, Shopping Outlets, great restaurants, Boardwalk, great location away from the noise, community pool and extra parking for guest. The house sits at the entrance of the wonderful bike path of a 17 Mile ride, awesome The space The master bedroom has a King bed with a firm Orthopedic mattress and a memory foam top for your comfort, welcome to remove it if you prefer a more firm feeling. The other 3 beds are Queen with memory foam. We offer pillows and bedding for all of the beds but welcome to bring your own personal set of sheets. Guest access The entire house is for your use and comfort so please feel free to use the Gardens next to the house for a quite relaxing Zen time with a glass of wine for zipping. The first floor and 1st bedroom has a private bath and a private terrace with sitting area and dinning area for your own summer delicious meals prepare in the well equipped kitchen. Also on the first floor is a Kitchenette/laundry area with extra capacity washer and dryer, small refrigerator, microwave and equipped pantry. Other things to note NOTE: ONLY DOGS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE ! The house is DOG friendly as long as your dog is well trained for bathroom necessities and house rules. There's is a designated area on the first floor where your dog can eat and have water at all times. I added a new benefit for our renters, a city Parking permit for the non-metered area, a $250 cost for the renter if not left in the house, some people tend to leave it in the car, if that happens $250 will be charge to your credit card on file., so please make sure to leave it in the house as found b4 you check out so the next guests could use it as well. Parking can be very hectic by the beach area non mentioning the hassle to have to run every 2 hours to feed the meters, with the parking permit you can find plenty of free parking on the side streets. This permit is transferable, so worry free for the whole week and much $ savings.
