A private library and studio with attached guesthouse in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains on our 1.4 acre property. The guesthouse is set within an enclosed courtyard surrounded by the library, fountain, and several large sculptures. Guesthouse is 650 sq ft with kitchen, private parking and complete privacy. Very quiet, 1.5 miles from Museum Hill, 8 minutes from Plaza. The space This entire building is completely separate from our house. It is at least 20 yards away with it's own parking area and sidewalk approach. We are encouraging longer stays. Please contact me with any questions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire structure, which includes the guest residence, the library and the upstairs deck. The art studio and workshop is reserved for artists in residence.
