This private garden floor apartment is on a quiet neighborhood block at the border of artistic Gowanus and historic Boerum Hill, a quick walk to trains and bustling Smith Street and Atlantic Avenue. The bedroom faces a sunny private garden, with french doors leading to a spacious, open living room and modern, clean kitchen. Comfy living room offers additional separate sleeping area with option of dividing curtain. Experience a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood, with city life just minutes away. The space The apartment is an open floor through with a separate bedroom in the back with a door to a small terrace and garden. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the terrace and backyard, and use of the gas grill. Other things to note The guest apartment is downstairs in our 1899 townhouse, which has total privacy, but you may hear some footsteps overhead. The entire space is carefully cleaned after every visit following the current health and safety protocols. We have increased the buffer time between visits to allow for the implementation of these more stringent safety protocols, and to allow more time to “air out” the space. We have an a/c split in the bedroom to cool the space and additional fans provided in the front room to keep cool. In the winter we have steam heat throughout and an additional space heater if needed. Welcome to our home!
