You will be in a sought-after area, both quiet and close to all amenities. The house is on one level in a closed and wooded lot of 700 m2. It is ideal for 2 families: 4 adults and 2 to 5 children. Indeed, the first terrace is semi-covered with a south exposure, bathed in sunshine, the second in the north is shaded by the pines, it will be ideal for hot days. Each has tables and chairs.
