You will be in a sought-after area, both quiet and close to all amenities. The house is a single-story building on a closed and wooded lot of 700 m2. It is ideal for 2 families: 4 adults and 2 to 5 children. (It is not suitable for a group of more than 6 adults, but we can rent a studio a short walk from the house). Indeed, the first terrace is semi-covered with a south-facing exposure, bathed in sunshine, the second to the north is shaded by pine trees, it will be ideal for hot days. Each has tables and chairs. We will also provide a barbecue.
