The development has supermarkets, bars, shops, beach bars, pharmacies... Ideal villa for groups of friends and families with children and the elderly (ground floor rooms with bathroom). It is also located next to the Toruños Natural Park, where various activities are carried out such as a tourist train, bicycle rental, sailing trips, kayaking, paddle surfing, hiking. And it also has piers, bridges, viewpoints, tents for meetings. We also have two dog parks, a playground, paddle tennis courts, and cinemas in the area. Guest access The villa has 6 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with a bathroom, and 4 on the first floor with 2 bathrooms. An interior living room with dining room, a large kitchen equipped with everything and a back porch with dining room and living room, overlooking the pool area, the barbecue and the garden. It has Wi-Fi and televisions in common areas. In addition to having private parking, there is a whole street to park at any time of the year, so there is no car traffic. With direct exit to the national road avoiding possible traffic jams in high season such as summer, carnivals, Jerez motorcycles, Easter, fair... we also have a one-minute walk to the commuter and bus station to move around the Bay of Cadiz. Check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Pets are allowed.
