Come make great family memories at our 4 season waterfront cottage on the quiet and stunning Eagle Lake. This four-bedroom cottage is unique and beautiful. Enjoy the sunset every night from the dock or from the screened in Muskoka room. Come in the winter for snowmobiling fun and warm up by the fire at the end of the day. Our lake community is quiet & peaceful. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings allowed. No noise after 11pm. We have a strict local bi-law. Please respect this rule. The space Lots of beautiful windows to enjoy the lake view from the cottage. Everything you need is here. Cottage has a full kitchen. There is a beautiful granite island in the kitchen with 8 bar stools. French doors leading from the kitchen into the Muskoka Room. Coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, barbecue, TV Blu-ray, satellite, movies and games. Our lake is perfect for children as it has a shallow, sandy entry. Other things to note We have 150ft of sandy shoreline. The waters edge is shallow to start, gradually getting deeper into clear beautiful water. Great for swimming and boating. * For the winter months, 4 wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended for our private road and laneway.*
