Cosy cottage within walking distance to village centre and lakeside (10 minutes). Located next to the Black Valley Stream track which leads down to Lake Rotoiti. Set amongst Beech forest and native bush but with an open sunny outlook from the living area. Quiet location, down a ROW. Note: Guests provide their own linen. Parking space for extra car, boats. Wood burner and radiant heater for heating. Kitchen has microwave, 2 burner stove top, bench oven, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. Shower is over a shub. Guests to leave the Bach clean and tidy and are required to take rubbish and recycling away with them.
