Comfortable, quiet and bright it will welcome you to this beautiful preserved and naturally rich region. Ideal for up to four people with kitchen/living room, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a functional bathroom, separate toilet and a terrace. The residence includes swimming pool, tennis, restaurant, diving club, and hiking departures. The space This 40 m2 T3 apartment is located in a quiet location and on the west side of the residence quickly putting it in the shade during the warm summer evenings. It will welcome you all year round for a minimum of 21 days. Comfortable with two bedrooms and bright with its kitchen window (rare in the residence), it is ideal up to 4 people. It has a terrace with garden furniture and east facing awning awning with sea view It consists of: - equipped kitchen with mixed oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer - lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and CD/USB Wi-Fi channel - terrace with garden furniture - fully renovated bathroom with large shower, sink cabinet, towel dryer and washing machine - Separate WC - one bedroom with double bed and a large storage closet - second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, dresser and storage cabinet Provide linens, only mattress protectors and blankets are provided. This apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Cleaning is to be done by you before departure - or optional cleaning fee at €60 to be defined before your departure - as well as the washing of the mattress pads. Guest access I will guide you for access to the accommodation which is done via a key box with the access badge for your vehicle and the entrance keys to the apartment. Your arrivals will be done independently, and I will be present at your departure for the inventory. Other things to note The village of Les Aloès is pedestrian. You have 30 minutes for unloading/loading the vehicle, then parking is via the parking lot at the entrance of the residence. As a reminder, the cleaning option is available by charge for €60 (also made in case of lack of proper cleaning after your departure) attention the apartment must be returned in the condition in which you found it, i.e. impeccable in terms of cleaning, hygiene and storage.
