Naturally cool during summers heat and warm in the winter. The space The apartment is a completely private basement unit with a separate side door entrance. The upstairs and downstairs units are completely separate and there is no way to access the upstairs from the downstairs, nor vice versa. Modern style bedroom has egress window and garden view, with a separate heater and fan that guests control. There is no AC, but lots of windows and two fans. The basement stays very cool on summer days. This 625 sq ft basement floor of a 1920s bungalow contains: (1) queen-sized bed in closing door bedroom; (1) pullout couch, converts to full bed; dining table with 4 chairs, nightstands w/ lamps, desk with chair and lamp, private bathroom, washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, service area is complete with coffee, french press, tea, an electric tea kettle, a mini fridge, toaster, hot-plate, microwave and basic pots/pans; large smart TV with full access to YOUR Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon accounts. Just connect the two and off you go! PLEASE NOTE: This unit has no cable TV, no oven, no big fridge, no air-conditioning.
