Living room has 46 inch flat screen TV with dish satellite and WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked, perfect for cooking large or small meals. New washer and dryer. Situated on a cove on Lake Conroe guest can enjoy swimming, fishing with a place to tie your boat right up to your own dock. Pets welcome, $50 fee under 20lbs, limit 2. Kayaks available for rent. The space There are 2 kayaks for rent, $150 one time fee while you stay, plus $150 deposit.
