This spacious villa (350 m2) with a truly amazing sea view, 4 bedrooms with king size beds, 4 bathrooms and its private pool, offers all the peacefulness you could need for a relaxing exquisite holiday in Javea, on the sunny Costa Blanca, Spain. IMPORTANT NOTE: For July and August the check-in and check-out is only on SATURDAYS. The minimum stay for July and August is 7 NIGHTS. You can see all the bay from Cabo de la Nao until Cabo San Antonio and also the sea from almost all over the house. In the sunny days you can see also Ibiza. The 2 floors of the villa act like 2 independent apartments, with separate entrances and they communicate through the interior marble stairs. The upper floor is usually the place where the whole family or group get together, enjoying the spacious and well-designed interior with new furniture. The villa is surrounded by abundant exotic vegetation combined with mountain flora, thus the ambience presents mixed feelings of both mountain and sea. A private parking with automated gates awaits you. This accommodation is suitable for families with kids, for a group of friends and also for the ones who want to bring their beloved dog along. The villa has access for disabled people with the help of an electric chair next to the pool.
