The carriage house sits above a detached garage behind the main home, where your host resides, offering both privacy and peace of mind. Guest access Guests have full access to the carriage house, private courtyard, and a dedicated parking pad located off the alley directly behind the property. If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, additional street parking is available in front of the main house. Please note that the backyard is not part of the rental. There is a gate that leads to it, which remains reserved for the main house. Returning or long-term guests may occasionally be invited to enjoy it with prior permission. Other things to note Access to the carriage house is through the alley off Logan Avenue, where you’ll also find your private parking pad and guest entrance.
