This private loft style suite is in the heart of downtown, Just a 10 mins walk to the University of Kansas campus. Explore our historic downtown and the KU campus, when you’re done relax and put your feet up in your private suite. Located at 9th and Massachusetts St. Guest must be able to climb stairs. This suite is located in a century old building in downtown Lawrence. There are 25 stairs to access the suite and 2 sets of 2 steps inside the suite. This suite has everything you want and more as long as one of those things isn't a full Kitchen. This suite is equipped with a Microwave oven and mini fridge and a full dining area. While our property is in the center of the shopping and entertainment district in Lawrence, we Do Not allow parties to take place in our property. You'll find that there are a wide variety of places for parties of all sorts within walking distance of our door. From restaurants & coffee shops where you can have a quiet conversation to late night Bars and Night Clubs where you can party till the early morning hours. Because our property is similar to a boutique hotel with 2 suites in close proximity we ask our guests to respect each other's privacy by keeping noise levels to a minimum during their stay. This is a private suite. Guests have the entire space. There are two suites in our building. Suites are completely separate and secure but do share a common foyer much like a hotel. I live 35 Miles away from the Apartment. I am happy to drive to Lawrence and can be there in 45 minutes if my guests need me. If I'm not needed my guest will have complete privacy. You’ll be staying in the heart of historic downtown Lawrence. All shops, restaurants and nightlife just steps from your front door. We are located on the Lawrence Bus Route and have a Taxi stand directly across the street. Perfect for travelers with or without a vehicle. This is a completely private space 600 sq foot that would be viewed as a large hotel suite. It has a private entrance, Seating area, dining area and private bathroom with large glass block shower. There is a microwave and refrigerator along with everything needed except a full Kitchen.
