The space This beautiful new remodel was my 2 car garage. When I built the house in 2001 I had the garage plumbed and wired up for a completely self contained studio apartment. I decided to start the conversion in October of 2018 and we finished up and listed it here on AirBnb for the first time on Feb. 18, 2019. As you can see in the photos the remodel turned out beautifully and I did not cut corners on anything. This unit is completely self contained. Parking - Your Parking is in the driveway just a few short steps from your door. Members of the LGBT community welcome. I do want to let you know that this is a multi-residence home that has multiple units all connected together. This unit is the most secluded and private of all of them! Pet note: In regards to our NO PET policy it’s important we explain that the people that clean these units are extremely and 100% totally allergic to cats and dogs and every other animal whether they have fur or not. However, we also do you realize that it’s extremely important some folks travel with their pets and we want you to know that we are compassionate to your needs. For the folks that absolutely positively have to bring their pet we have created a $3000 nonrefundable cleaning deposit.
