Our cozy vacation apartment is located in a peaceful, rural area. Lake Constance and other attractions are nearby. The wide variety of outing options offers our guests the perfect conditions for unforgettable days and a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful regions of southern Germany. The 97m² apartment, featuring a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, accommodates up to 4 people. The large, sunny balcony offers a magnificent view. Enjoy a lovely breakfast or a magnificent sunset here. The balcony is equipped with a parasol, a table, 4 chairs, and lounge chairs. The living room, with a TV and a large sofa, offers space for the whole family. The bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower. The toilet is located in a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pans, pots, dishes, etc.) One of the beautiful, bright bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Bedding is provided. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car in front of the house are also available free of charge during your stay. Children are welcome; we’re happy to provide a crib with bedding and a high chair. A children’s playground in the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried is just 700 meters away, and there is plenty of yard space around the vacation rental for kids to run around and play. The Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried, with its many attractions, is right on our doorstep. You can explore the Ried in all its facets along various hiking trails and gain insights into the fascinating landscape with its diverse habitats and, consequently, a wide variety of plant and animal species. Day trips to Switzerland or Austria are also popular with many guests thanks to the central location. Bed linens are provided. Towels and dish towels are not included.
