A tram station is right next to the house (Tram B - Saint Genès/Roustaing), offering exceptional convenience to reach the center of Bordeaux directly. You will find a supermarket, a bakery, a tobacco shop and a pharmacy, all within 100 meters of the house. 800 meters away, the center of Talence awaits you with its daily market halls, shops, wine bars, restaurants and the UGC cinema. Access to all roads is extremely easy and the house is in a great location. A large patio, with two large blinds, offers views of a swimming pool and a professional spa (Sundance Monclair 780 massage spa) ideal for relaxing after your visits to the center of Bordeaux or the area. For parking your car you will easily find spaces on the street in front of the house, where the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. In addition, we offer you a subscription to guarantee you free parking throughout your stay on the street. Please note, we also provide you with a short-term parking space right in front of the house, ideal for unloading your groceries in complete convenience. Other things to note Our capacity is limited to six people, ensuring an optimal family experience, although the house can easily accommodate more visitors. We kindly ask you to always notify us in the event of an unforeseen arrival of an additional guest, in order to comply with our original agreement. We take great care of our property and hope our hosts will do the same. Rest assured that you will be very warmly welcomed in an impeccable house, always well maintained and offering ample space for your belongings. The house is strictly no smoking but you are welcome to smoke on the al fresco patio. We ask you to respect this instruction and to smoke exclusively outside. We provide you with rigid blankets for the pool and hot tub; it is your responsibility to use them systematically after each use, especially if your children are toddlers, in order to secure the premises. Our house is located right in the city center, and it is essential to respect our neighbors, who are also close friends. We therefore ask that you, as hosts, make sure to maintain a moderate noise level, especially in the evenings.
