Massive front lawn to pop up a few tents for those extra visitors and plus a best way swimming pool fully fenced .Plus security gates at front of property. Back lawn is fully fenced and secure and well sheltered with trampoline ,sand pit and outside games. Great place for young children to play. Plus have added a extra sleep out with queen bed. There is a games room in the garage with pool table, dart board ,bar and fridge for your relaxation, as well as a mini multi games table for children. Awesome front and back decks with plenty of outdoor furniture plus barbecues front and back, also extra lightening for those evening barbies. If you like doing a bit of fishing there is a good old fashion fish smoker, cleaning and filleting bench/sink in the back yard as well as a cold shower for those hot summer days. Plenty of room for parking including boats and visitors. Wash down is available for boats. Just over the hill is Tutukaka which is the home of the world famous Poor Knight Island Dive and Snorkel Trips as well as the Whangarei Deep Sea Anglers Club well known for Marlin Fishing. There is also great Cafes eg Schnapper Rock ,Deep Sea Anglers Club Bistro ,Oceans ,Pizzeria. Also a few minutes away from Ngunguru we have some beautiful beaches you can visit.
