Studio apartment with a Spanish flair! Located on 2nd floor of a historic downtown Tecumseh building just steps away from restaurants, shopping, farmers market and more! Living/sleeping area, full kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV, control your own heat/air. Quiet and cozy all year! Queen bed, crisp linens, toiletries and keurig coffee! We are a full time Inn so there are no personal effects and apartments are meticulously cleaned. Additional kitchen essentials available on host stand. Pets welcome The space The Spanish apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a circa 1879 historic building. The apartment consists of a full kitchen w/ dining area, living/sleeping area and full bath. We do not have an elevator and the staircase is wide and well lit, but a hike! It may not be appropriate for those with mobility challenges. You can see photos to determine for yourself. We offer BASIC kitchen items and additional kitchen items in our common host stand area. If you are in need of additional things, please ask! We have hundreds of guests every year and strive to keep our apartments as clean and clutter free as possible so you have plenty of room for your necessities. We shampoo our carpets and rugs monthly as well as use an enzyme cleaner on walls and vinyl flooring to permanently remove any trace of prior pets. We also regularly use an ozone machine to ensure fresh odor free air! Guest access The entire apartment is yours to use. The parking in downtown is safe, free and abundant. The closest parking lot to entrance is behind The Boulevard Market (southeast parking lot) Other things to note We are centrally located in SE Michigan to a variety of popular destinations like Michigan International Speedway, University Of Michigan college and stadium, Cabela's and the Irish Hills area, as well as Adrian College and Siena Heights University. We offer BASIC kitchen items, please keep in mind this is a small functional kitchen that will not be on par for major cooking! Please ask if you need specifics for cooking.We would encourage you to check our Downtown Tecumseh's incredible food scene which is literally steps away from our entrance.
