The spacious terrace of the main villa is facing the ocean and is equipped with a large sofa, large dining table for 8 persons and a number of sun loungers. The main villa has a fully equipped large kitchen, a spacious indoor dining and living area with Stereo and large Flat Screen TV. Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the entire villa estate free of charge. All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and have large en-suite bathrooms with shower units available. The guesthouse stands sideways behind the main villa and has an ocean view and a small fully equipped kitchenette. The estate site has an additional building housing an standby generator, a garage and a laundry room. The parking lot has sufficient space for several cars. Pool & garden service and daily housekeeping are included in the rental rate. The beach can be accessed through a private gate. The sea in this area of Bali is very calm (neither high waves nor strong currents) and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The Main Villa or the Guesthouse can be rented separately on request. The Main Villa has a max. occupancy of 8 adults. The Guesthouse has a max. Occupancy of 4 adults. Guest access Guest who rent the entire Villa estate have access to the entire property. Guests who rent the main villa only, have access to the main villa, sundeck, main pool, Gazebo and garden. Except the guesthouse and its private pool and sundeck. Guests who rent the guesthouse only, have access to the guesthouse and its private pool, sundeck and access to the beach. Other things to note Please do not smoke inside your bedrooms, the kitchen and the living areas of the buildings. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces and the villa ground. Pets are NOT welcome. On request we can arrange a cook and / or a nanny. If guests prefer to dine in the villa - we also have a Villa menu available. Beverages and snack are provided at reasonable cost. Bath towels and toiletries are available free of charge. Bedlinen will be changed every three days. Laundry service is also available at additional cost, if you urgently need to wash dirty clothes our housemaid Komang will arrange for the pick-up.
