Description from owner The site is just over a mile from St Merryn village, known locally as 'seven bays for seven days', due to its proximity to seven sandy beaches. The village offers a variety of shops, pubs, garage, vets, church, garage and doctor's surgery. More amenities can be found in Padstow. The lodge benefits from its prime location away from busy roads, perfect for the children. On entering the lodge you will step into the spacious open plan living area, consisting of lounge, dining and kitchen area's with stunning panoramic views of Bodmin moor. The lodge also comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom and family bathroom. The lodge is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The location offers good parking. Onsite play area, small shop. Further details indoors This luxury new holiday home offers three bedrooms. 1 Double with en-suite. 1 Twin and single Bunk Bed and 1 Single + T/cot. Full gas central heating. Family Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped Kitchen including oven, Fridge/freezer. Lounge/Dining room with Fire place, Flat screen TV + Freeview box, DVD player and Radio/CD player. Please Bring your own Bedding and Towel as it is not provided in the deal. You can also borrow from the renting company or we can arrange bedding and towels for an extra charge. There is not good internet connection in the property so you have to walk 20 steps to reception for good internet coverage area. Further details outdoors Out side the lodge is the decking that is on 3 sides of the lodge giving you the lovley morning sun and on the other the evening sun so you can relax and enjoy the sun all day. There is losts of grass area around the lodge for the kids to play and it's at the end of the site so it's very safe and sucluded for the kids. The lodge over looks Bodmin moor and has the best views out of all other lodges. The property also has 6 chairs and a big table on deck for people outside the lodge.
