Each room also has a large, covered balcony of 25 m2 where you can enjoy romantic evenings. The bathrooms are fully equipped, and you also have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, as well as an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern and very bright living room with access to a beautiful terrace with pool. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen, while feeder and a baby cot are also available. On the terrace of the villa there is a large, infinity pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m. There are 9 deck chairs around the pool, and in the spacious and fully fenced yard of the villa with a green lawn and outdoor furniture there is an outdoor electric grill and a summer kitchen. In the yard of the villa there are three parking spaces. Additional facilities of the villa include a wellness room with jacuzzi and sauna, which will leave no one indifferent.
