Bear Room @ Winchester Lake Lodge

Comfortable plush queen and twin bunk beds. The Bear Room, one of three rooms in the main building. Directly across from the 3.5-mile trail around Winchester Lake. Across the street from The Gateway convenience store. Short walk to child friendly, Winchester Kitchen and Bar, good food and beverage, also to Winchester Lake State Park where you can rent canoes, paddle boards, fish, hike, bird watch, until your heart's content. The space The whimsically themed Bear room has a deck to relax, bbq or dine on. Microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, towels, shampoo, bedding, treats and more, make for a comfortable stay. As pet owners ourselves, we know how much Fido, Fluffy, or Polly want to be with you when left alone, please keep them kenneled when away, we want to keep them and the room safe. Guest access Winchester is a small town nestled in the pines and tamarack. We are very friendly and accommodating. You will find a convenience store, cafe, restaurant/bar and meat market/grocery, library and post office all within walking distance from our location. Winchester state park is within walking distance as well with a complete walking trail around the entire lake. Fishing, bird watching, and trail access is directly across from our lodge.
