Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
