Welcome to our cozy apartment, which is ideal for relaxing days in the middle of nature! Enjoy the central, quiet location with fantastic views of the majestic Kaiser Mountains. A free bus connection takes you comfortably to Aschau and Lake Chiemsee, so you can explore the surroundings in a relaxed way. Our ground floor apartment offers you an inviting retreat, with only a small entrance step. Experience relaxing days in our apartment! The space You will stay in a very bright, cozy and generously furnished apartment "Kaiserblick" 75 sqm on the ground floor, with terrace and magnificent view of the Zahmen Kaiser. Two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds and pull-out sofa bed. The exclusive bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and underfloor heating is a small wellness oasis where you can relax well. The large, sunny kitchen-living room has a modern equipped kitchenette with stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a corner bench with dining table and a sofa, flat-screen TV with SATELLITE TV and free Wi-Fi. From here there is direct access to the beautiful, large garden with terrace, sunbathing area and play facilities for the children. Dogs and pets are not allowed to bring along. The apartment is located on the ground floor, but has an entrance step outside the front door. Therefore, it is very suitable for people with walking disabilities, but unfortunately not for wheelchair use. Families with children are welcome here. Other things to note Kurbezirk II The prices mentioned are excl. Spa fee of 1.30 EUR per person/night. For people from the 7th to the age of 16, EUR 1.15. Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled people with a reduction in the ability to work of at least 80% and an accompanying person possibly registered in the ID are exempt from the spa fee. Valid from 01.01.2025 - Kurbezirk I The mentioned prices are plus Spa fee of 2.00 EUR per person/night. For people from the 7th to the end of the 16th year of age 1.80 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled people with a reduction in the ability to work of at least 80% and an accompanying person possibly registered in the ID are exempt from the spa fee. You pay the spa fee from the municipality of Aschau to your host. Families with children are welcome to stay with us, and we look forward to providing you with an unforgettable stay.
