Welcome to our cozy apartment, which is ideal for relaxing days surrounded by nature! Enjoy the central, quiet location with fantastic views of the majestic Kaiser Mountains. A free bus service will take you comfortably to Aschau and Lake Chiemsee, so you can explore the surroundings in a relaxed way. Our ground floor apartment offers you an inviting retreat, with only a small entrance step. Experience relaxing days in our apartment! The space You will be staying in a very bright, cozy and generously furnished apartment "Kaiserblick" 75 sqm on the ground floor, with terrace and stunning views of the Zahmen Kaiser. Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a sofa bed. The exclusive bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and underfloor heating is a small wellness oasis where you can relax well. The large, sunny eat-in kitchen has a modernly equipped kitchenette with stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, a corner bench with dining table and a sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. From here there is direct access to the beautiful, large garden with terrace, lawn and play facilities for the children. Dogs and pets are not allowed. The apartment is on the ground floor, but has an entrance step in front of the door. Therefore, it is very suitable for people with walking disabilities, but unfortunately not for wheelchair users. Families with children are welcome here. Other things to note Spa district II The prices quoted are plus tourist tax of €1.30 per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the 16th years of age 1.15 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 years of age and severely disabled persons with a reduction in earning capacity of at least 80% and a companion who may be registered in the ID card are exempt from the spa fee. Valid from 01/01/2025 - Spa district I The prices mentioned are plus spa fee of EUR 2.00 per person/night. For people from 7 to 16 years of age 1.80 EUR. Children under the age of 6 years of age and severely disabled persons with a reduction in earning capacity of at least 80% and a companion possibly registered in the ID card are exempt from the spa fee. You pay the spa fee of the municipality of Aschau to your host. Families with children are welcome here, and we look forward to making your stay unforgettable.
