Private furnished bedroom available in a single-family home. This unit features a separate entrance, private kitchen, closet, full-size bed, and private bathroom. Cable TV and high-speed internet are included. The home is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, just 2 miles from downtown Bethesda, NIH, and the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Daily breakfast is included: unlimited cereal, eggs, bread, and coffee. House rules: No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or pets are allowed. If late arrival is needed, we will wait for our guest to provide them key to their private entrance door. During your stay We will answer any questions and provide whatever our guest needed. Other things to note Guest can use public transportation such as Ride-on bus which is located in front of the house to Bethesda Metro station in 5 Minutes and Friendship Heights Metro station in 15 minutes which will take to Red Line Metro. This Ride-on bus run Monday-Friday from 5:45 AM to 8:00 PM. There in a Metro bus stop just two blocks away which will take to Friendship Heights Metro station in 5 minutes.
