Breakfast provided if desired. Room is rated for 2 persons. Addt'l adult, age 12+, $10/night. Cleaning fee $20. After check in, there is a private entry and exit. Because this room is in the downstairs area of our home, it remains cool year round. A pack n play, high chair, are available as requested. Breakfast (cereal, juice, coffee, hot tea, fruit, eggs, toast et al) is available if desired from 7:30am-9:00am. You may use the adjacent downstairs den You may also use upstairs rooms as needed: dining room, screened porch. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible and as private as you choose. Our small neighborhood in a suburb just north of Chattanooga is quiet, friendly and safe. You may take a walk or ride your bike around the block. The neighborhood is small and easy to navigate. You will have an off street parking space. We currently have antenna TV in the adjacent den. We do have WiFi if you want to use your online carrier to watch television. There are many DVDs available to view. There are scenic (and kid friendly) outdoor places to walk, hike and swim just minutes from our location. Or you may go and lay on the sandy beach at the nice county park about 5 minutes away. You can enjoy local cuisine or chain restaurant fine dining or fast food just minutes from our location instead of driving to Chattanooga. However, if you want to explore the historic downtown music and food scene and the surrounding area, you are a quick 15-20 minute drive away, mostly by highway, to the heart of downtown. We can provide a list of things to do if you need that.
