Betws-Y-Coed Cottage - Perfect for any occasion!

Coed Derw Isaf is charming 4-bedroom cottage with ample parking located in the centre of the Snowdonia National Park in Betws-Y-Coed (0.4 miles, 10-minute walk from centre). The village’s local shops, pubs and restaurants are a short walk away with numerous walks that start from the cottage, and the Marin Trail being less than a mile away. Zip World, Adventure Parc Snowdonia, Gwydyr Stables Riding, Go Below Underground and Swallow Falls are within a 30-minute drive. Minimum stay 3 nights. The space Coed Derw Isaf has been newly refurbished during the winter of 2021 with this summer season being its first. Guests will have sole occupation of the cottage, garden, and parking area. The outside area contains ample amount of private parking space to the side of the cottage. There is space for 3/4 cars. Additionally, there is an enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture, BBQ , and parasol making it a save environment for children to play and the perfect area to relax. The cottage is equipped with a utility room that contains laundry facilities - washing machine, ironing board, clothes rack and basic cleaning equipment. The downstairs of the cottage contains a very large comfortable lounge area that has ample seating with 3 large sofas, 2 large chairs, 2 coffee tables and log burner. There is a large Smart TV in the lounge that has access to iPlayer and Netflix and is equipped with Freesat. Guests will be given enough logs for the first fire and any extra you require will be available at £6 per bag. Additionally, there is a large open plan kitchen and dining area that has been newly furnished with a new Range Cooker and appliances. There is also a bathroom downstairs with a toilet, basin and shower. The upstairs of the cottage features 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) – There is small hallway into the room with plenty of room to place your belongings with a mirror and console table, it is a 6ft wooden sleigh bed, gentleman’s wardrobe, large en-suite bathrooms, double basin, bath and separate shower. Bedroom 2 (En-suite) – It has a 5ft bed with en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 – It contains 2 x 4ft beds, wardrobe, chest of draws, double aspect windows. Bedroom 4 – 4ft 6 double bed, large window overlooking the garden area. Upstairs bathroom - Brand new bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a travel cot to use. A camp bed can be provided on request. The cottage is also equipped with BT Fibre broadband. We only allow one dog to stay but please inform us prior to staying. Your dog is not allowed on the furniture or upstairs and must not be left unattended in the cottage at any time. The cottage is located on private land with a private driveaway. There is a neighbouring family house that have 2 dogs and there should be no disruption or noise from there. The main B road is located close to the cottage; however, it should not affect your stay as it is not majorly busy. You will receive a text shortly before you arrive with the code for the key box. The area surrounding the cottage is very peaceful, but the busy and outstanding village of Betws-y-Coed is only a short 10-minute walk away with pubs, restaurants and activities all within very good distance. Other things to note We do not allow electric charging of any vehicles via the property or garage unless made by prior arrangement with us on booking. We have a daily rate which can be discussed if needed.
