This charming red-brick, three-storey home extends over 2,100 sq ft and features artwork, canvases, and collages celebrating local Northern Ireland sights. Guests can enjoy a DVD collection during their stay. Elephants, symbolising good luck, fortune, and protection, are a recurring decorative theme. Each bedroom has a unique theme, high-quality linens, and towels, and is named after a local townland or area. ⸻ Living Room A spacious, bright living area with tiled wooden flooring and luxurious seating for up to 14 guests. Features include a large flat-screen HD TV, gas fire, and ambient lighting. A striking feature canvas of Rihanna’s Tree from Bangor, Co. Down adds a local touch. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large dining table seating 14, an American-style fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, extensive cupboard space, and a wall-mounted HD TV. Patio doors open onto the garden for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Double – ‘Dunseverick’ Aubergine, grey, and white tones with bedside shelves, wardrobe, and HD smart TV/DVD player. Sumptuous 600gsm dark grey towels provided, including one bath sheet and hand towel per guest. ⸻ Dog-Friendly Well-behaved adult dogs that don’t chew are welcome. Dog bowls, towels, beds, and toys are provided. A £30 fee per dog applies. Dogs must stay on the ground floor and off furniture to protect carpets and bedding upstairs — a pet gate is provided. Dogs should not be left alone in the house for long periods. Please clean up after your dog in the patio area or nearby green spaces. Guest access The full house Other things to note The property is strictly no smoking either in or around the property. Adult, well behaved dogs are most welcome for an additional fee. Dogs must be restricted to the ground floor and kept off the furniture. Please clean up after your dog in and around the property and on the nearby green. Please request a quote at time of booking. There are dog towels, leads, bowls and toys for your dogs to use. Parties, excessive noise and loud music are all prohibited.
