The apartment is located one block from the boulevard (2 min walk) where you can get the bus (0.50 cents bus ticket) and be in the center of the city in about 10 minutes. If you choose to use a cab, the cost would be approximately 1.5-2 eur The apartment is having one bedroom and living room, each one furnished with love.
